The landscaping at Minto 30 Roe will be watered using this harvested rainwater. This helps protect the environment by reducing storm water runoff and avoids the cost associated with using drinking water for irrigation. HRV & Improved air circulation. Your suite is equipped with a fan coil unit complete with an integrated heat recovery ventilator (HRV).
