KingsClub Condos

Kings Club Condos will be located at the juncture of King Street West and the rail line, filling in a relatively vacant, awkwardly-shaped lot. It proposed four buildings as high as 19 stories, comprising 638 suites and a significant retail component.

KingsClub Condos will become the latest condo residence in a neighbourhood that has experienced phenomenal growth in the last few years. Once a purely industrial area, Liberty Village has become a hot pick for young artists, professionals, shoppers and foodies as the gentrification of hardcore urban Toronto pushes ever outward from the downtown core. Toy Factory Lofts, Vibe and Battery Park are among its condo towers; Liberty Place by Canalfa Group, The Tower at King West by Plaza, and Fuzin by First Capital and Urban Corp are all on the way.
