Casa 2 Condos would be a 56-storey tower rising 180 meters atop a four-storey (16-metre) podium. Building amenities would be provided in the podium and atop of the podium’s roof.

KingsClub Condos

Kings Club Condos will be located at the juncture of King Street West and the rail line, filling in a relatively vacant, awkwardly-shaped lot. It proposed four buildings as high as 19 stories, comprising 638 suites and a significant retail component.
